Today, we are going to make Budae Jjigae without broth using Sarigomtang ramen. Sarigomtang ramen is widely used because it can be easily applied to broth-based foods. You can easily make budae-jjigae using commercially available beef bone broth, but Sarigomtang noodles are as convenient as commercially available broth and are also more useful because you can eat noodles. So, shall we try making it together?
SARIGOMTANG RAMEN BUDAEJJIGAE ingredients
1 Sarigomtang ramen, 1 canned ham, 3 bacon, 10 sausages, 2 cheddar cheese, 1 cup of tteokbokki rice cake, 3 tablespoons of baked beans, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 1/8 cabbage, 12 mini king oyster mushrooms, 200g kimchi, 8 frozen dumplings, 1 cheongyang pepper, 1 red pepper, 1000ml water
Seasoning: 1 Sarigomtang seasoning, 1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1/2 Tbsp Doenjang(Korean soy bean sauce), 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic spoon
SARIGOMTANG RAMEN BUDAEJJIGAE recipe

Chop the onion and cabbage into large pieces. Chop the cheongyang pepper and red pepper diagonally. Cut the ham and bacon into bite-size pieces. Cut the sausages. Cut the kimchi with scissors to make it easy to eat.

Add 1 tablespoon of Sarigomtangm seasoning, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoon of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce and mix to make the seasoning.

Add 1 tablespoon of Sarigomtangm seasoning, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoon of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce and mix to make the seasoning.
- 3. Add the prepared mini king oyster mushroom, onion, cabbage, ham, sausage, bacon, dumplings, tteokbokki rice cake, baked beans, cut kimchi, cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and green onion. Then add the prepared seasoning and 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.
- 4. When the broth boils, add 2 slices of cheddar cheese. Mix well to make a delicious budaejjigae.
conclusion
A really simple and delicious budaejjigae is ready. Even without broth, I was able to make a budaejjigae with sarigomtang ramen. It was nice to be able to eat deliciously by adding the ingredients I like. I added cheese to give it a richer flavor, and I think it would be a good idea to add baked beans.
