conclusion
First of all, the large sausage goes well with the curry and is delicious. The chewy udon noodles went so well with the curry and were so delicious that I wondered why I only ate them with rice. I added butter when sautéing the onion to give it a better flavor. The longer you sauté the onion, the stronger the taste. I think the curry tasted better with 2 tablespoons of tonkatsu sauce. It’s easy to make, so I hope you try it at least once.
