Usually, stir-fried red pepper paste is made with minced beef or pork in Korea. Today, I’m going to make a special stir-fried red pepper paste using boneless chicken feet. I made this dish while recalling a dish called Kkoko-bokkeum that I ate in the military. Stir-fried red pepper paste is really delicious with chewy texture and sweet and spicy seasoning. So, shall we try making it together?

Add cooking oil in moderation, add chopped green onion and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and saute over low heat. Then add finely chopped onion and fry. Fry until no water comes out. Add the cut chicken feet, add 2 tablespoons of sake and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and fry until dry.

STIR-FRIED RED PEPPER PASTE WITH BONELESS CHICKEN FEET RECIPE
Notes
When washing boneless chicken feet, you can clean them by rubbing them with flour. And you need to remove the remaining fine bones with scissors.
Ingredients
- 200g boneless chicken feet, 1/2 green onion, 1/2 onion, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 tablespoon soybean paste, 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide, red pepper paste medicine 6 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons sake, 1 tablespoon whole black pepper, 2 bay leaves, 1 green onion, 5 whole garlic
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 1/2 onion and 1/2 green onion.
- 2. Put 1/2 green onion, 2 bay leaves, 1 tablespoon of whole peppercorns, and 5 garlic cloves in the soup pack. Add water, add broth pack and bring to a boil. When the water boils, add the chicken feet. After the water boils, take out the soup pack and chicken feet after 10 minutes. Soak chicken feet in cold water.
- 3. Put the boiled chicken feet in the chopper and chop finely.
