Let’s cook fried chicken breast using chicken breast which is good for diet and tastes good. Chicken breasts were slightly marinated and cornstarch powder was used for frying batter. The sauce was not made, but was replaced with honey mustard and Korean spicy sauce at home.

400g chicken breast, corn starch, 1 egg, half teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chicken powder

Cut the prepared chicken breast into thin slices and cut them.

Add a tablespoon of corn starch, half a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of chicken powder and an egg to the sliced chicken breast.

Prepare corn starch powder and place the prepared chicken breast in corn starch powder. After adding, apply starch evenly over chicken breast.

Add the appropriate amount of oil and fry twice to add crispness. Fry 4 to 5 minutes on the first fry and 2 to 3 minutes on the second fry. Serve with sauce at home.

conclusion
I was able to feel the crispy and savory taste using corn starch powder. The batter is thinly sliced and it looks crisper. I ate it as a drink with beer, but it seems to be a good match. Chicken breasts were often eaten with roasted meat, but when cooked with fried, it was a different taste and I think it would be cooked frequently.
