There are many types of curry. Today, I’m going to make a curry with chickpeas that are good for the health. Chickpeas must be pre-soaked, and Ottogi curry powder(Korean product), which is easily available in the market, was used for curry. So, shall we try making it together?

Add the sliced tomatoes and stir-fry well. Then add 1 cup (200ml cup) soaked chickpeas and stir-fry.

Add 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, and 1 tsp black pepper powder, stir well and bring to a boil to make a delicious chickpea curry.
HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS CHICKPEA CURRY

Soak chickpeas in water for 12 hours before cooking.
Ingredients
- 100g curry powder, 1 cup soaked chickpeas, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 900ml milk, cooking oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon minced ginger
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 1 onion and 2 tomatoes.
- 2. Add enough cooking oil, add onion, and saute well. Then add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tsp minced ginger and saute.
- 3. Add the sliced tomatoes and stir-fry well. Then add 1 cup (200ml cup) soaked chickpeas and stir-fry.
- 4. Add 900ml of milk, add 100g of curry powder and bring to a boil. Mix well so that the curry powder does not form lumps.
- 5. Add 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, and 1 tsp black pepper powder, stir well and bring to a boil to make a delicious chickpea curry.
Conclusion
Healthy and delicious chickpea curry is ready. You can easily make chickpea curry at home by pre-soaking. Adding milk makes it much softer, and adding cumin powder enhances the curry’s unique flavor.
