I was satisfied with the last time I ate Bibigo Yukgaejang, so I chose another Bibigo product. This time, I’ll try Bibigo’s chueotang.

Bibigo Chueotang is described as having a taste of finely ground domestic loach with shiraegi and taro daikon, and it has a refreshing taste with pepper and perilla powder to enhance the flavor, and ginger to catch the bad smell.

To cook the bibigo chueotang, pour it into a microwave oven, cover it with a wrap, and heat it for about 4 minutes and 30 seconds.After opening it, put it in a pot and boil it for 4-5 minutes when heated directly. In addition, there is a cooking method that you can put in a bag in boiling water and heat it for 5-6 minutes.

The calories in Bibigo Chueotang are 195kcal. The loach is from Korea.

I was satisfied this time like the last Bibigo Yukgaejang. The loach is finely ground, so you can enjoy the chueotang softly, and the taro and green onions are large, so it tastes like chewy. There are various ways to enjoy the bibigo chueotang.
For a refreshing and spicy taste, per 1 bag of chueotang, sliced and put in 1 Cheongyang red pepper, you can eat it more refresh and spicy.If you want to enjoy it with a rich flavor,  add 1 tablespoon of perilla and 20g of leek per 1 bag of chueotang. I recommend Bibigo Chueotang, a convenient way to enjoy your meal.
