1 squid (medium size), 1/2 green onion, 1/2 onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, a little pepper powder, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking wine spoon, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 150ml water, 2 Vietnamese peppers, 1 egg

Chop 1/2 green onion, 1/2 onion, 1/4 carrot and 2 Vietnamese peppers. Make diagonal cuts on the trimmed squid and slice. Cut squid legs into bite-size pieces.

Add plenty of cooking oil and crack 1 egg to make fried eggs. Place the finished fried eggs in a separate bowl.

Add a little more cooking oil and sauté the chopped green onion, Vietnamese pepper, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic until fragrant.

Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste and stir-fry. Then add the chopped onions and carrots and sauté. Then add the cut squid and stir-fry.
