Instructions
- 1. Chop 1 green onion. Cut 20 shishito peppers into 2~3 pieces depending on the size. Cut 600g pork belly into finger-sized pieces.
- 2. Add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry. Then add green onion and stir-fry.
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons minced garlic and 1 teaspoon minced ginger and saute. Then, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and stir-fry.
- 4. Add sliced shishito Peppers and crushed Vietnamese red pepper and stir-fry. Then, add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir-fry to make a delicious stir-fried pork belly with shishito Peppers.
