JEYUK BOKKEUM – KOREAN SPICY PORK STIR FRY

People usually use pork front leg or hind leg, but I’m going to make a jeyuk bokkeum with thin pork belly.

The deep seasoned spicy pork stir-fried is completed. If you like sweetness, you can add sugar or oligosaccharide. It’s delicious to eat jeyuk bokkeum on top of rice, and you can eat it as a side dish. If you like vegetables, add other vegetables such as carrots or cabbage to taste better. I would like to recommend the stir-fried pork recipe that anyone can make easily and deliciously.
