- 1. Finely chop the green onion and green pepper. 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/4 tablespoon of minced ginger, 1.5 tablespoons of starch syrup, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of plum liquid, 1/ of fish sauce Add 2 tablespoons and 1 tablespoon chopped green onions and mix to make seasoning.
