Thinly slice the green onion, onion and cheongyang pepper. Remove the oyster mushrooms by hand and thinly slice the chicken breast. Seaweed is cut with scissors.

Pour 500 ml of water, add about 10 anchovies for broth and 1 kelp and bring to a boil. When the water boils, take out the kelp first after 5 minutes and filter the anchovies after about 10 minutes to get the broth.
Then, break 2 eggs and mix to make egg water.

Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the boiled broth and mix.

Add the prepared broth and bring to a boil with the sliced onion, green onion and oyster mushroom.

When the broth boils, add the thinly sliced chicken breast. Then reduce the heat and then pour in the egg mixture evenly. Place 1 serving of rice in a bowl and top with chopped Cheongyang pepper and seaweed to make a delicious chicken breast bowl.
