In general, when making chicken egg bowl (Oyakodon), people use a lot of chicken thighs, but I made chicken egg bowl with chicken breast. It’s a good recipe during a diet and it’s also nutritious and tasty. It is a Japanese food that you can eat chicken and eggs at the same time based on soy sauce.
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients: 200g chicken breast, 1/3 green onion, 1/2 onion, 2 eggs
Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
1 tablespoon of sugar, 250 ml of water

Ingredients
- Ingredients: 200g chicken breast, 1/3 green onion, 1/2 onion, 2 eggs
- Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,

Instructions
- 1. Stir-fry the prepared green onions and onions. Then, stir fry with chicken breast.
- 2. Stir well with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- 3. Add 250 ml of water and pour the pre-mixed eggs.
- 4. After boiling down the broth properly and putting it in a bowl, you are done.
conclusion
Sweet and salty taste is good. Chicken thighs would have been softer, but the chicken breasts were soft too because of the broth. There was a little bit of broth so it was good to eat and it was really delicious because the egg was soft. It was good to be able to make delicious rice bowls with simple ingredients, and it would be okay to add more other vegetables.
