MISO SHABU SHABU INGREDIENTS

Add about 10 anchovies for broth and 2 tablespoons of barley prawns and lightly stir-fry without cooking oil. Add 2 liters of water, add shiitake mushroom stems and 1 kelp and bring to a boil. After 5 minutes of boiling, take out the kelp first, and after about 10 minutes, take out the rest. Put 1 tablespoon of house Korean doenjang and 2 tablespoons of miso on a sieve and loosen.

If you eat thinly sliced beef in the broth, you can enjoy delicious beef miso shabu-shabu.

Instructions
- 1. Cut the bottom of 1 enoki mushroom and 3 shiitake mushrooms. Remove 1 oyster mushroom by hand. Chop 1/2 zucchini and 1/2 onion. Depending on your preference, the type and amount of vegetables can be added to the broth later and eaten.
