BIBIGO is defined by CJ Bibigo site as a global Korean food brand that creates a new lifestyle by adding the values pursued by modern people to the unique tradition of Korean food. There are various products in Bibigo, such as dumplings, kimchi, and sauce, and I will review Bibigo’s wang gyoza dumpling among many of Bibigo’s products.

The recipe can be fried or steamed, but I chose the simplest way to fry a wang gyoza with the Air fryer. You can also cook it as a variety of dumpling soup or as a bibim dumpling. The calorie is 785 kcal.

First, set the paper foil for the Air fryer and put the wang gyoza. There were a total of 11, and each dumpling is about 10cm long. A bag of bibigo wang gyoza fills a small capacity air fryer.

If you look at the recipe on the back of the bag, put cooking oil in the bag and shake it, but I didn’t add cooking oil. First, I set the temperature 180 degrees and cooked with an air fryer for 10 minutes. Then turn over the dumplings and cook for another 5 minutes.

Conclusion

I didn’t expect much, but it was delicious. It was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the dumplings were full of contents, so it tasted good. Because It was cooked with an air fryer, I thought the dumpling skin should be very hard, but it was chewy. Next time, I want to review the other bibigo dumplings.
