- 1. 당근 1/8개, 파 1/2개, 양배추 1/6개를 잘게 썹니다. 그리고 두부 300g을 칼등으로 으깹니다.
- 2. 으깬 두부를 넣고 볶습니다. 수분이 없어질 때까지 볶습니다.
- 3. 계란 2알을 깨뜨려서 넣고 스크램블을 만듭니다. 그리고 두부와 함께 섞으면서 볶습니다.
- 4. 잘라 놓은 당근, 파, 양배추를 넣고 잘 섞으면서 볶습니다.
- 5. 맛소금을 약간 넣고 볶으면 맛있는 두부 볶음밥이 완성됩니다.
