Chow mein ingredients
6 egg noodles, 60 g leeks, 1/4 carrot, 1 onion, 1/2 leek, 100 g ground pork, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, cooking oil

Thinly slice 1/2 scallion and 1 onion, shred 1/4 carrot, and largely chop 60 grams of leeks.

Add sliced carrots and onions and sauté. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Allow the soy sauce to become slightly fragrant (fire flavor point). Then stir-fry while mixing.

Add the boiled egg noodles, then add 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir-fry while mixing. Add the sliced chives and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, stir-fry while mixing, and you have a delicious chow mein (Chinese stir-fried noodles).

Instructions
- 1. Thinly slice 1/2 scallion and 1 onion, shred 1/4 carrot, and largely chop 60 grams of leeks.
- 2. Cook 6 egg noodles in boiling water, drain, add olive oil or cooking oil, and mix well.
- 3. Heat a generous amount of oil, add the sliced green onions and sauté until fragrant. Add 100 grams of minced pork and stir-fry.
- 4. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the oil from the pork and dissolve the sugar until the sugar starts to brown (fire flavor point) and stir-fry, mixing with the pork.
- 5. Add sliced carrots and onions and sauté. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Allow the soy sauce to become slightly fragrant (fire flavor point). Then stir-fry while mixing.
- 6. Add the boiled egg noodles, then add 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir-fry while mixing. Add the sliced chives and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, stir-fry while mixing, and you have a delicious chow mein (Chinese stir-fried noodles).

Egg noodles work well in other noodle dishes, but I think they work really well in stir fry and taste even better.
