HOW TO COOK KOREAN SEA EEL SOUP

Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces. Chop the green onion, green pepper, and cheongyang pepper diagonally. Tear off the oyster mushrooms by hand and wash and clean the bean sprouts. Prepare sesame leaves into thirds and cut radish thinly. Cut the sea eel into bite-size pieces.
- 2. Add anchovies for broth and stir-fry. Add 1.2 to 1.5 liters of water and kelp and bring to a boil. After the water boils, take the kelp first after 5 minutes and then the anchovies after 15-20 minutes.
