In a large bowl, combine the chopped green onion, leeks, and crammi. Then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 3 to 4 pinches of salt, and a bit of ground black pepper and mix well.

Ingredients

Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 1/2 green onion and 40g chives. Tear 2 crammi into long thin strips and cut into 0.5 cm pieces.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped green onion, leeks, and crammi. Then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 3 to 4 pinches of salt, and a bit of ground black pepper and mix well.
- 3. Put about 1 teaspoon of dumpling filling on top of the dumpling skin and spread it out. Then add some mozzarella cheese. Dip the dumpling skin halves in a little water and fold them. Press the tip of the dumpling skin meticulously, place the dumpling in your palm and press to flatten it.
- 4. Add some cooking oil. Add the dumplings and cook while turning over to make delicious flat dumplings.
