- Seasoning: 2 tablespoons red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon soybean paste, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon tuna fish sauce, 2 tablespoons coarse red pepper powder , 1 tablespoon fine red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

- 2. Cut the pork intestines, such as sundae, pork liver, lungs, and so on, And put them in a pot.
- 3. 2 tablespoons red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon soybean paste, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon tuna fish sauce, Add 2 tablespoons of coarse red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix to make a sauce.
