OCTOPUS SUNDUBU JJIGAE INGREDIENTS

Add 2-3 tablespoons of chilli oil. Then add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant of green onion rises. Add 150g of minced pork and stir-fry thoroughly. Add the cut kimchi and stir-fry thoroughly.

Add 1 tablespoon of coarse red pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder and stir-fry. Then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Pour enough water to submerge the contents in 550ml of water.

Ingredients

Instructions
- 1. Cut 1/2 green onion lengthwise in half and then chop. Finely chop 1/4 onion and 2-3 shiitake mushrooms. Chop 2 Cheongyang peppers and cut 150g of kimchi into bite-size pieces. Then, cut the tofu into large pieces.
- 2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of chilli oil. Then add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant of green onion rises. Add 150g of minced pork and stir-fry thoroughly. Add the cut kimchi and stir-fry thoroughly.
- 3. Add 1 tablespoon of coarse red pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder and stir-fry. Then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Pour enough water to submerge the contents in 550ml of water.
- 4. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, chopped onion and shiitake mushrooms and mix well. Then pour in the rest of the water.
- 5. Add 4 shrimp. Then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce. Add the sliced cheongyang pepper, soft tofu, and boiled octopus. And if you add 1 egg, a delicious octopus sundubu stew is completed.
