Add plenty of cooking oil, add chopped green onion, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and crushed Vietnamese pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the sliced onion, cabbage, green onion, and carrot and stir-fry.

SIMPLE SEAFOOD RICE BOWL RECIPE WITH SEAFOOD MIX
Notes
When adding starch water, do not add it all at once, but add it in portions while watching the concentration.
Ingredients
- Frozen 500g seafood mix (including shrimp), 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 green onion, 1/2 onion, 1/4 carrot, a handful of cabbage, 3 Vietnamese peppers, 1/2 teaspoon liquid chicken stock, 250g water, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder, 2 tablespoons starch, 4 tablespoons water, black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Make stock by adding 1/2 teaspoon of liquid chicken stock to 250ml of water and mixing well. Make a starch water by adding 2 tablespoons of starch to 4 tablespoons of water and mixing.
- 2. Largely slice 1/2 onion and 1/4 carrot thinly sliced into half moons. Cut a handful of cabbage into large pieces and finely chop 1/2 green onion. Cut the remaining 1/2 green onion in half lengthwise and thinly slice. Crush 3 Vietnamese peppers with your hands and set aside.
- 3. Add plenty of cooking oil, add chopped green onion, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and crushed Vietnamese pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the sliced onion, cabbage, green onion, and carrot and stir-fry.
- 4. Add the pre-thawed seafood mix and stir-fry. Stir in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder.
- 5. Add the prepared broth and bring to a boil. When the broth boils, divide and add the starch water you made. When the consistency is right, add pepper powder according to your taste. Then, put it on top of rice to make a delicious seafood rice bowl.
