SPICY RICE CAKE – TTEOKBOKKI

Tteokbokki is one of my favorite snacks. Today, I’m going to make tteokbokki with big garae tteok(big rice cakes). As the rice cakes are big, the chewing taste is really good and it seems to be delicious. So, shall we try making it together?

GARAE-TTEOK TTEOK-BOKKI​ ingredients

300g rice cake, 3 fish cakes, 400ml water, 1/2 green onion, 2 tablespoons red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon curry powder

Slice 1/2 green onion diagonally and cut 3 pieces of fish cake into bite-size pieces.

Add 400 ml of water. Then add 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste and dissolve in water.
