Ingredients
- 250g beef brisket, 350g bean sprouts, 1/2 onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 50g chives, 1 red pepper, 1 cheongyang pepper, 3 shiitake mushrooms, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, a little pepper powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons red pepper oil, 3 tablespoons perilla oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop 1/2 onion, 3 shiitake mushrooms, 1 cheongyang pepper, and 1 red pepper. Prepare by cutting 50g of chives and washing 350g of bean sprouts clean.
- 2. Add 1 tablespoon sugar, a pinch of black pepper, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and mix to make a sauce.
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons of chili oil. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, cut red and cheongyang peppers, and sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Add the sliced onion and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry. Add 250g of beef brisket and stir-fry. Add half of the prepared sauce and stir-fry.
