Chop 1/2 onion, 5 cherry tomatoes, and 1 galanga. Cut off the coriander root and slice it. Chop 3 Thai peppers finely and chop the other 3 large. Beat 3 lemongrass with the back of a knife and then cut. Crush 5 garlic cloves with the back of a knife.
