TOM YUM RAMEN
ingredients
1.2 liters of water, 1 sari gomtang noodle soup, 2 ramen noodles, 3 coriander roots, 10 shrimp, 1 galanga, 3 lemongrass, 6 lime leaves, 5 garlic, 6 Thai peppers, onion 1/2, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 pack of oyster mushrooms

Boil 6 lime leaves, cilantro root, galanga, crushed garlic and large diced Thai pepper in 1.2 liters of water. When the soup turns thick, put it through a strainer to obtain the broth.

Put the broth in a pot, add 1 bowl of Sari gomtang noodles powder seasoning and bring to a boil. Then add oyster mushroom, onion, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 tablespoons lime juice, and 4 tablespoons fish sauce.

Put tom yum goong ramen in a bowl and add coriander leaves on top to make delicious tom yum goong ramen.

Ingredients
- 1.2 liters of water, 1 sari gomtang noodle soup, 2 ramen noodles, 3 coriander roots, 10 shrimp, 1 galanga, 3 lemongrass, 6 lime leaves, 5 garlic, 6 Thai peppers, onion 1/2, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 pack of oyster mushrooms
Instructions
- 1. Chop 1/2 onion, 5 cherry tomatoes, and 1 galanga. Cut off the coriander root and slice it. Chop 3 Thai peppers finely and chop the other 3 large. Beat 3 lemongrass with the back of a knife and then cut. Crush 5 garlic cloves with the back of a knife.
- 2. Boil 6 lime leaves, cilantro root, galanga, crushed garlic and large diced Thai pepper in 1.2 liters of water. When the soup turns thick, put it through a strainer to obtain the broth.
- 3. Put the broth in a pot, add 1 bowl of Sari gomtang noodles powder seasoning and bring to a boil. Then add oyster mushroom, onion, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 tablespoons lime juice, and 4 tablespoons fish sauce.
- 4. Add 10 prawns, finely chopped Thai peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Add 2 ramen noodles and boil.
- 5. Put tom yum goong ramen in a bowl and add coriander leaves on top to make delicious tom yum goong ramen.
