The soft whole pork belly in a salty soy sauce creates a fantastic taste. Recipes can also be cooked very easily. Be careful not to burn when you cook pork belly. Reduce slowly to medium heat. It’s great if you just eat it with bossam, but it gives you another special taste when you eat it over rice in a bowl style. If you’ve been proven with general bossam, we recommend making soy sauce bossam.
