Salmon Curry INGREDIENTS

If you don't like coriander, you can use parsley instead of coriander.

- 400g salmon, 400g whole tomato, 1/2 onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 cheongyang red pepper, 2 thyme, 5 coriander, 1 teaspoon fine red pepper powder, 1.5 tablespoon curry powder, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, a little bit of pepper powder, a little bit of salt, 250ml fresh cream, 1 plain yogurt

- 1. Finely chop 1/2 onion and 3 coriander. Chop 1 cheongyang pepper. Cut 400g salmon into large pieces and season with salt and pepper.

The soft and refreshing curry is so delicious. The grilled salmon is so savory and goes really well with the curry. I ate curry with rice, and it went really well with rice and was a hearty meal.
