When I want to eat easily or when there is no side dish, I often choose the rice bowl type menu. Today, I’m going to make red spicy tofu rice bowl using canned sweet and spicy red pepper tuna and savory tofu. So, shall we try making one together?
SPICY TUNA TOFU RICE BOWL
ingredients
300g tofu, 150g red pepper tuna, 1 green onion, 1/2 onion, 3 shiitake mushrooms, 1 cheongyang pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 tablespoon red pepper oil, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1/2 tablespoon chili bean paste, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of chili oil. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant of green onion rises.

Add chopped onion and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry. Then add 2 150g red pepper tuna and stir-fry while mixing.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of chili bean paste and 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Add chopped cheongyang pepper and red pepper. Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir-fry to make a delicious spicy tuna tofu rice bowl.

- 1. Finely chop 1/2 onion and 3 shiitake mushrooms. Chop 1 cheongyang pepper, 1 red pepper, and 1 green onion. Crush 300g tofu.
- 2. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of chili oil. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant of green onion rises.
- 3. Add chopped onion and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry. Then add 2 150g red pepper tuna and stir-fry while mixing.
- 4. Add 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder. Then add mashed tofu and stir-fry while mixing.
- 5. Add 1/2 tablespoon of chili bean paste and 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Add chopped cheongyang pepper and red pepper. Lastly, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir-fry to make a delicious spicy tuna tofu rice bowl.
