GARLIC CHILI TOFU NOODLE ingredients
200g tofu noodles, 1/2 tofu, 1 onion, 1/2 green onion, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, minced garlic 2 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, cooking oil, water

Stir-fry the mashed tofu. Add 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and stir-fry until the moisture is gone. Roast and set aside.

Add the sliced onion and stir-fry, then add 200g of tofu noodles and stir-fry together. Then, add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of chicken powder and stir-fry.

Add the prepared tofu and fry together. Add some water. Then add the sliced green onion and stir-fry together. Finally, stir-fry with 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil to complete the delicious stir-fried garlic chili tofu noodles.
