HOW TO COOK A FISH CAKE KIMCHI STEW DELICIOUSLY

When the weather gets cold, I think of a lot of hot food. I like kimchi stew and fish cake soup. For a rich taste, I’ll boil the stock and add red pepper and red pepper powder to make a spicy fish cake kimchi stew.

In 1 liter of water, add 1/2 onion, 1/8 radish, 1/2 green onion, and 10 anchovies for soup and boil for 20 minutes. If you boil the kelp for a long time, it will taste bitter, so add 1 kelp in the middle. Boil it for about 20 minutes after that put the broth in a bowl.

Cut 1/2 green onion. Put the fish cake on the skewer. I don’t have skewers, so I used chopsticks, but I recommend using skewers.

Put in half the kimchi and cut it with scissors. Add chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix by hand rubbing. If your  kimchi is too sour, you can add more sugar depending on your preference.

Add boiled broth. Add red pepper, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon chicken powder, and 1 tablespoon fish sauce and boil.
