Do you know American Chopsuey? I tried this food for the first time in India. I remember eating it at a delicious Chinese restaurant with fried rice. The sweet and sour sauce on the fried noodles is really attractive. Today, I’m going to make fried ramen noodles, which I eat often. So, shall we try making it together?

1 ramen noodle, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 1/8 cabbage, 1/4 carrot, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 cheongyang peppers, 100g minced pork, 6 tablespoons tomato ketchup, Worcestershire 1 tablespoon of sauce (soy sauce), 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, egg, cooking oil, cornstarch

Chop the onion, cabbage and carrot into long pieces. Chop the cheongyang pepper and green onion into rounds.

Make the sauce by adding 6 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce (soy sauce), 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons of water, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.

Boil the ramen noodles in boiling water and then rinse in cold water. Then add cornstarch and mix evenly.

Add enough cooking oil to make fried eggs. Then, add a little more cooking oil, and then add the ramen noodles coated in starch powder and fry.

Leave about 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil, and add chopped green onion and 1 tablespoon minced garlic and fry. Add 100g minced pork and stir-fry well. Then add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry while adding the prepared sauce and mix well.
Pour the sauce over the fried ramen noodles and top with a fried egg for a delicious American Chop Suey.

The American Chopsuey is so delicious. The sweet and spicy sauce goes so well with the fried ramen. The variety of vegetables is also very good. I ate it with rice and it was so delicious and I think it would be good as a side dish with beer.
