JUICY AND CRISPY PORK BELLY WITH AIR FRYER

Air fryer is a hot cooker at home these days. You can easily cook a variety of dishes at home and the price is reasonable, so many homes use Air fryer. I cooked pork belly with Air fryer.

Recipe for pork belly bbq with Air fryer

Preparation: 1 serving of pork belly, garlic, salt, basil leaves

Since the prepared pork belly is more than 3cm thick, cut the sheath to cook it well.

Apply Airfryer paper foil. In the case of pork belly, the oil comes out a lot, so if you put this paper foil in advance, you can easily clean the air fryer later.

Place the pork belly and garlic on the air fry and lightly sprinkle with salt and basil leaves. You can also add pepper or other spices.

Set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and set the time to 20 minutes to start cooking.

The front side meat and garlic are grilled well. First, take out the well-baked garlic.

The back of the meat is not yet overcooked, so turn it over and cook for another 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Take out the well-cooked pork belly and cut it with a knife to eat.

Conclusion

I tried the pork belly bbq with the Air fryer, but it was really simple, but it was a recipe that gave the best taste. The meat was juicy and the skin was really crispy and delicious. When I ate it with the garlic, I could feel a richer taste.
The cooking time takes 30 minutes, so it takes a lot more time than the typical  pork belly bbq. However, it was really nice to be able to cook easily while doing other dishes or work. If you want a simple and delicious grilled pork belly, try cooking it with an air fryer. It’s really delicious.
