Korean Boiled Pork Jowl

KOREAN BOILED PORK JOWL WITHOUT WATER

Suyuk(Boiled Pork) is a delicious way to eat pork. For pork belly, pork neck and front leg meat are commonly used. Today, I’m going to make Suyuk(Boiled Pork) with pork jowl instead of the previously mentioned part. The pork jowl is the part that connects from the neck to the shoulder of the pig, and it is a special part that only comes out of about 200g from one pig. And today, I’m going to make Suyuk(Boiled Pork)  with water from fruits and vegetables when boiling without adding water. So, shall we try making it together?

It is so delicious that no words are needed. The moist and soft boiled pork jowl and salted shrimp are absolutely amazing. It has a unique texture and is very soft without the smell of pork because it is boiled with water from fruits and vegetables. It was really easy to make and I was able to feel the best taste. I would highly recommend the Korean Boiled Pork Jowl. Thank you for reading to the end today. See you next time with a better recipe.
