Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds , 1 tablespoon plum liquid, 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Prepare by cutting cucumber, onion and green onion. Then, add salt to the sliced cucumber and pickle for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Put the pickled cucumbers in cold water and rinse. And squeeze the water tightly.
- 3. Add the prepared cucumbers, onions and green onions. Then add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
