KOREAN SPICY BRAISED TOFU RECIPE

Tofu is one of the ingredients we often eat. Today, we are going to make braised tofu with spicy braised  seasoning. In particular, this seasoning is a versatile dishes that can be used for other braised dishes as well. So, shall we try making it together?

1 teaspoon fine red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 Vietnamese red peppers, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 tablespoon perilla oil, a little salt, 1/2 tablespoon red pepper paste

Slice 1/2 onion and cut 1/2 green onion and cheongyang pepper into rounds. Cut 1 tofu into 1.5cm thick slices.

1 tablespoon plum juice, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons coarse red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon fine red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons cooking wine,
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste and mix well to make the sauce.

Add 1 cut tofu and 1/2 onion. Then add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 2 Vietnamese peppers. Add the prepared seasoning sauce, add water just enough to cover the tofu, and bring to a boil.

Add 1 tablespoon of perilla oil and a little bit of salt and boil it until the soup is cooked, then the delicious braised tofu is completed.
