1 tablespoon plum juice, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons coarse red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon fine red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons cooking wine,

Instructions
- 1. Slice 1/2 onion and cut 1/2 green onion and cheongyang pepper into rounds. Cut 1 tofu into 1.5cm thick slices.
- 2. 1 tablespoon plum juice, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons coarse red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon fine red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons cooking wine,
- Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste and mix well to make the sauce.
