Togglemala chicken
Mala is a Chinese flavour with a spicy and numbing, using various spices in chili powder, pepper, and oil from Sichuan, China. Today, I’m going to make a spicy mala chicken by adding mala sauce to chicken.

2~3 servings : 500g chicken tenderloin, 1 potato, 7 Vietnamese peppers, 1/4 green onion, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped ginger, mala sauce, corn starch, cooking oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, pepper, pepper 1 tablespoon of powder

Add enough cooking oil to fry and fry it with chicken tenderloin. You can fry them until they are golden brown.
