Ingredients
- 4 servings – 4 spicy ramens, 250g of oysters, 1 squid, 6 shrimp, 100g ground pork, 4 cabbages, 1 kelp, 1 green pepper, 1 cheongyang Pepper, 1 green onion, 1/2 onion, a handful of bean sprouts, fine red pepper powder 2 tablespoons, red pepper oil 2 tablespoons, minced garlic 2 tablespoons, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, cooking wine 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- 1. Chop green onions, onions, Chinese cabbage and peppers. Cut squid into 1.5 cm wide.
- 2. Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper oil. Then add green onions, 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, and red pepper and fry. When the spicy flavor comes up, add 100g of ground pork and fry.
- 3. Add onion and cabbage. Then, add 2 tablespoons of fine red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and fry. Then, pour water enough to submerge the ingredients and boil.
- 4. When the broth boils, add an additional 2.4 liters of water. Then, add the ramen powder soup, flakes, and kelp and boil.
