SEAFOOD STIR-FRIED UDON ingredients
2 servings: 1 green onion, 1/2 onion, 2 shiitake mushrooms, a little cabbage, 2 cheongyang red pepper, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 tablespoon red pepper oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, sugar 1 tablespoon,
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, chicken powder 1 teaspoon, 10 shrimp, 1 squid, 100g minced pork, 2 udon noodles, 1/2 cup of tteokbokki rice cake
Seafood stir-fried Udon recipe

Slice 1/2 onion, a little cabbage, 1 green onion, 2 shiitake mushrooms and cut the squid into bite-size pieces.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of chili oil. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant of green onion rises. Then add the chopped Cheongyang pepper and stir-fry until the pepper flavor comes up.

Add 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce. Add tteokbokki rice cake and udon noodles and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of chicken powder and a little water and mix to make a delicious spicy stir-fried seafood udon.
SPICY SEAFOOD STIR-fRIED UDON WITH SRIRACHA SAUCE
Notes
Tteokbokki rice cakes are recommended to be soaked before cooking.
Ingredients
- 1 green onion, 1/2 onion, 2 shiitake mushrooms, a little cabbage, 2 cheongyang red pepper, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 tablespoon red pepper oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, sugar 1 tablespoon, Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, chicken powder 1 teaspoon, 10 shrimp, 1 squid, 100g minced pork, 2 udon noodles, 1/2 cup of tteokbokki rice cake
Instructions
- 1. Slice 1/2 onion, a little cabbage, 1 green onion, 2 shiitake mushrooms and cut the squid into bite-size pieces.
- 2. Lightly blanch the frozen udon noodles in boiling water. Tteokbokki rice cake does not need to be blanched if you put it in water before cooking. I blanched the tteokbokki rice cake a little because it was frozen.
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of chili oil. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant of green onion rises. Then add the chopped Cheongyang pepper and stir-fry until the pepper flavor comes up.
- 4. Add minced pork and stir-fry thoroughly. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir together. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, onion and cabbage and stir-fry while mixing.
- 5. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Add shrimp and cut squid and stir-fry.
- 6. Add 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce. Add tteokbokki rice cake and udon noodles and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of chicken powder and a little water and mix to make a delicious spicy stir-fried seafood udon.
Conclusion
Udon noodles are usually eaten with the soup, but it is really delicious to eat it stir-fried like this. The variety of seafood and vegetables is really harmonious. In particular, I was able to enjoy the spicy stir-fried udon with Sriracha sauce in the seasoning. And chewy tteokbokki rice cake was added to enhance the chewy taste.
