Jeyuk-bokkeum(spicy stir-fry pork) is one of the most common pork dishes in Korea. The spicy sauce and pork go really well together. Today, we are going to make tomato spicy spicy stir-fry pork by adding tomatoes to Jeyuk-bokkeum. I used pork leg meat and used whole tomato cans for tomatoes. I’m curious about the taste. 600g pork leg meat, 400g whole tomato, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon coarse red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons fine red pepper powder

Add the sliced pork and stir-fry. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry together.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Add 400 g whole tomatoes and stir-fry. Add 1 tablespoon of coarse red pepper powder and 2 tablespoons of fine red pepper powder and stir-fry.

Ingredients

Instructions
- 1. Chop 1 green onion and 1/2 onion. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Add enough cooking oil and saute the green onions until fragrant. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and saute until golden brown.
- 3. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry together.
- 4. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Add 400 g whole tomatoes and stir-fry. Add 1 tablespoon of coarse red pepper powder and 2 tablespoons of fine red pepper powder and stir-fry.
- 5. Add 1 teaspoon of chicken powder and stir-fry for a delicious tomato spicy spicy stir-fry pork.
