Butter Potatoes Recipe

Cut the potatoes and bacon into bite-size pieces.

Add enough water to boil the potatoes, add the cut potatoes and a little salt and bring to a boil. After 15-20 minutes after the water boils, check if the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and set the potatoes aside.

Bake the sliced bacon. Drain the oil from the bacon, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a little water and bring to a boil. It boils down like bacon is coated in sugar.

Heat plenty of cooking oil, add boiled potatoes and cook until golden. Add a little salt and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and grill. Minced garlic is used to give the garlic flavor. Add 50g butter and grill until golden brown while mixing. When they are all grilled, remove the potatoes one by one and place them in a bowl.

Place grilled bacon on top of grilled potatoes and add mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese as desired.
Then microwave it for about 3 minutes to make a delicious grilled butter potatoes.
