conclusion
Generally, when making tangsuyuk(sweet and sour pork), people use potato starch. But I used tapioka starch. I could feel the chewy texture like glutinous rice. The sauce was sour and sweet. It was good combination with chewy tangsuyuk. We recommend that you try to cook it at home as you can make delicious tangsuyuk(sweet and sour pork) as much as a restaurant.
