Beef Bulgogi Seasoning Step 1: Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and mix. Mix well and leave for about 20 minutes.

- 1. Cut green onions, onions, peppers and mushrooms. I used mini king oyster mushrooms, but you can use other mushrooms like shiitake mushrooms.
- 2. Remove the blood from the beef with a kitchen towel. And cut it into size that is easy to eat.
