20 shishito Peppers, 600g pork belly, 1 green onion, 3-4 Vietnamese red peppers, 3 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, sesame oil 1 tbsp, 1 tsp black pepper powder

Chop 1 green onion. Cut 20 shishito peppers into 2~3 pieces depending on the size. Cut 600g pork belly into finger-sized pieces.

Add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry. Then add green onion and stir-fry.

Add sliced shishito Peppers and crushed Vietnamese red pepper and stir-fry. Then, add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir-fry to make a delicious stir-fried pork belly with shishito Peppers.

- 4. Add sliced shishito Peppers and crushed Vietnamese red pepper and stir-fry. Then, add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir-fry to make a delicious stir-fried pork belly with shishito Peppers.
