Cut the bok choy and chop the green onions.

Add 1 tablespoon chili oil, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions, and stir fry while mixing. Then, add 50g of ground pork, a little soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of spicy bean paste, stir-fry and place in a separate bowl.

Add 400 ml of water and boil. When the water boils, add the cut bok choy, blanch lightly, and take out. In boiling water, add 1/2 bag of ramen seasoning powder, 1 bag of flake, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and boil while mixing.

Add the ramen noodles and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and boil. Put poached bok choy, crushed cashew nuts, and 1 tablespoon of roasted pork on top of the noodles for a spicy and delicious dandan noodles.
