Squid Stir-fry Recipe

Cut green onion, red pepper and cheongyang. Cut the onion and cabbage into long pieces. Roll the sesame leaves and cut them. Wash the squid well and cut it.

Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of chicken powder and mix to make the sauce. Red pepper powder is added later when stir frying.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of red pepper oil, add chopped green onions and fry. When the green onion aroma rises, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and fry. When the minced garlic is browned, add the chopped red and cheongyang peppers and stir-fry. Stir-fry until spicy flavor comes up, then add chopped onion and cabbage and stir-fry while mixing.

Add the cut squid and fry. Then add the prepared seasoning sauce and stir-fry while mixing. When it becomes watery, add 1 tablespoon of coarse red pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of fine red pepper powder and stir-fry while mixing. Red pepper powder absorbs moisture, so add it when it gets wet. Add 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil. When you put sliced sesame leaves on top of stir-fried squid, spicy and delicious stir-fried squid is complete.
