Ingredients
- 200g minced pork, 1/2 green onion, 1/2 onion, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 tablespoon soybean paste, 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide, 6 tablespoons red pepper paste(gochujang), 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 1/2 green onion and 1/2 onion.
- 2. Set the heat to medium-high and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and chopped onion and green onion and stir-fry thoroughly.
- 3. Add 200g of minced pork and stir-fry enough to avoid clumping. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 3 tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry. Then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry.
- 4. Add 1/2 tablespoon of soybean paste, 6 tablespoons of red pepper paste, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry for about 5 minutes to make a delicious Korean Stir-fry Chilli Paste Gochujang.
