Ingredients
- 200g chopped pork, 1/4 carrot, 1/4 broccoli, 10 mushroom, 10 boiled quail eggs, a little cabbage, half tofu, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon starch, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cut the prepared vegetables. Cut the tofu into dice and boil the quail eggs.
- 2. Add water to 1 tablespoon of starch and stir. Then, add water to 1 tablespoon of chicken powder and stir. If you have chicken broth, you do not need to dissolve the chicken powder in water.
- 3. Add cooking oil. Then add chopped garlic and fry. Add 200 g of chopped pork and fry together.
- 4. Add the sliced vegetables and fry. Then, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, the prepared chicken powder melted water, and starch melted water and fry it together.
- 5. Add tofu and boiled quail eggs and fry. Slice the onions to eat together and add the Sriracha sauce. And put it on white rice and it’s done.
