Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 1 red pepper and 2 garlic cloves. Cut 3 frankfurters and 150g celery diagonally.
- 2. Add plenty of cooking oil, add minced garlic and red pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 3. Add the sliced sausage and stir-fry. Add 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce and stir-fry.
- 4. Add the sliced celery and stir-fry. If the sausage you have is salty, add a little water to season it, and the delicious stir-fry sausage and celery is complete.
