Instructions
- 1. Cut 1/2 tofu, 1/2 onion, 1/2 green onion, and 2 cheongyang peppers. Cut 300g of kimchi with scissors. Open a can of tuna.
- 2. Add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil and stir-fry the cut kimchi. Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste and stir-fry.
- 3. Add 100ml of kimchi water, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and stir-fry thoroughly.
- 4. Add 500ml of water, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for soup, and 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce and bring to a boil.
- 5. Add sliced onion, green onion, Cheongyang pepper, tuna, and tofu and boil to make a delicious tuna kimchi jjigae.
