Put the potatoes in a large bowl and mix well with a little salt, 1 tablespoon of pancake powder and 1 tablespoon of fry powder.

Add a generous amount of cooking oil to the frying pan. Spread the potatoes thinly on a frying pan. Turn over and fry when potato color is changed. When the color is brown, add mozzarella cheese. When the cheese melts, it’s done.
