Be careful when handling soft tofu as it breaks well.
Ingredients

I put Mapo Tofu on white rice and ate it as Mapo Tofu Rice Bowl. It was fantastically delicious. It was a bit spicy with chili oil sauce and it was an addictive taste that you keep eating. Anyone can easily make a great Chinese cuisine Mapo Tofu in about 10 minutes with the ingredients.
I really recommend it and I will cook this food often.
